Any cheap lots of land way the hell up in the mountains of Escazu?

The answer is yes, we have lots of land in the Escazu mountains.

Doctor Who:
I'm curious......what kind of deals can u get at Los Suenos? I just went there with two friends and we didn't even pay the gringo price. We stayed in the step down from the big sweets so it was pretty nice. We stayed for two days and two nights. I'd rather not say the price just yet, I'd like to see if you can get a better deal. We had a good hook-up that's why.....

I guess I should change my name from Doctor Who to Escazu Realty...

Anyway, at Los Sueños I rent and sell the condos, and I feel that you may be referring to the hotel itself.

With the condos we do a nightly rate which depends on the season and we have places in Colinas to Bella Vista. We can provide a maid service, special requests and book fishing tours. These are so nice because they are totally equipped with kitchen, tv, phone and you can have more people in the same place.

I just remembered, I also have a house right on the beach in Escondida which is a great spot.

Here is the fishing information if anyone wants to book.

The boat is a 30 foot Express Flybridge which has controls up on top which people like, because it makes for more room below, and the captain can spot fish from up there.

It is totally equipped with tournament tack and rig (outriggers and down riggers).

For a full day for up to four people its $800 and for a half day its $600.

This boat is run by good people who always provide a great day out.

If anyone wants to be 'hooked up' (get it?) let me know.

To those who enquired about a larger boat, there is also a really nice 45 Foot Hatteras which is $1,100 for a full day and $950 for a half. These guys are also geat fishermen.

The 30 footer is better for doing the more inshore stuff, they can get nearer the rocks for the rooster fish and 50-60 pound red snappers, yum!
